Hopefully you were around before 2009 for the shitty Bama years because I would hate to find out how it feels to have a middle of the pack team (where Bama is heading) when you’ve only known success.
Even if you were around before 2009 it’s highly unlikely you were a fan because Bama does not have real fans.

This is like comparing a house to a dog. Tebow was unstoppable on short yardage plays to keep drives going. There's no reason to bring Manning in at all if Ewers is playing well. Nothing is added there.
I'm not criticizing either player, just saying it's a crazy comparison.

I don't think this comparison works either. Tebow was a change of pace QB when he came in. He gave UF options in goal line and short yardage situations that made him a weapon on offense. Manning isn't significantly different in his style of play than Ewers.

We'll have to wait on this a little I think. Texas did play Michigan, but Michigan's offense wasn't lights out when they played a cupcake before playing Texas. They only scored 30 against Fresno State with 269 yards of offense. Texas held them to 12 points and 286 yards of offense. That's not suggesting a dominant defense yet.

It doesn’t matter how lenient a schedule is these days. You still have to win 3 playoff games to hoist the trophy.
