I thought I read that host teams will actually be treated like the home teams starting this year?

Like being the home team throughout and playing fight songs and whatnot

I could be completely making this up, I like to do that sometimes.

Its the pitching. They are playing a pure midweek/bullpen game

correct. their bullpen doesn't affect the batters though

arky averages 2-3 runs a game in SEC play

And I promise we will take a win if we can get it, for the resume, but none of us fans would think we are better than yall because of it. We pitched one of our "aces"

i agree. i dont think LSU or USC is better than Arkansas. They arent pitching their best but Arkansas stinks at the plate. They may have the pitching to make it to Omaha, but they don't have the batting

Kendall Diggs can make a 2 star HS pitcher look like Cy Young

Win or lose, what does the pitching situation look like going into tomorrow Gamecocks?

He's saying your own bullpen doesn't affect your hitting

Now you've put this in my head and in a few days (probably hours) I will forget where I heard it and if it is true or not. So thanks for nothing.

Either awful or good. Id imagine we go with Pitzer, who I think can be incredible...but he can also be bad.

We still have plenty of arms who have pitched really well at times and really poorly at times.

Hadn't seen this and haven't heard any walk-up or fight songs. I'd figure everything has to be neutral. In the past, Hoover has had a DJ doing all the music in between innings.

Correct. And 20 times this season those 3 runs were enough against fellow sec teams

This tournament is so lame for teams that already have a top 8 seed locked up.
