The whole point is, it's nice that these girls won a championship. Happy for them. Happy women's sports exist. Pretending that they would be elite athletes in the world of men's sports is disingenuous.

All I was doing was laughing at the fallacy that "picking 10 guys out of 1,000 that try out" was akin of "a handful of guys with a marginal interest in volleyball"
