A&M's 2008-2011 recruiting classes were ranked 16, 27, 16 and 34.
A&M's 2012 recruiting class was ranked 16.
Since joining the SEC, A&M's classes have been ranked 9, 5, 11, 18, 13, 17, 4 and 6 (currently)
Even including Sumlin's last two classes, A&M's AVERAGE recruiting ranking (10.4) has been way above its final five Big 12 classes, even including 2012.

Georgia will make the playoffs and face Bama for the second time that season. And the Dawgs will finally get over that last road block.
Mullen will make an absolute fool of himself as he entertains everyone with his Elaine Bennis dance moves. Dancing on the sidelines each week to cheer everybody up while his team wins 5 games. Damn those refs! But all is not lost as his affectionate wife kisses everyone and makes it all better.
Auburn will lose once again to the superior teams on their schedule. So that will give them 3 wins for the year. Aunt Gussie’s contract buy out will be a major topic of conversation once again. AU says it’s way too much. They really regret giving him another $49 mil and 5 more years after the Tigers blew out Austin Peay 12-3 in the season opener.
Phat Phil will take over as HC after Jeremy loses every game on the schedule. Jeremy doesn’t take his demotion well, screaming over and over “But we beat INDIANA!”

Clemson drops a game and misses the playoff.
Bama finishes 11-1.
Oregon makes the playoff.
Lane goes 7-5.
Ham Titman goes 4-8.
Germy goes 8-4.
Muschamp is fired.
Clay Helton is the first fire of the year.
Florida State goes 8-4 and makes some noise.

You are correct that 20 TD and 2500 might be good enough. The LSU QB position will be better than this. Maybe less than the 35/3500 in the other post.

What about Kyle Trask makes you think he's good? Honestly have seen no indication that he's any better than a mid-level SEC QB. Which I admit makes him much better than Alpaca.

I predict overall Bama will continue to disappoint by Bama standards...and LSU continues to rise. Auburn has an implosion of a year and Gus finally gets fired. Ole Miss makes noticable strides. Mississippi St and Arkansas will suck. Arkansas easily goes winless in conference again and their fans continue to think everything is awesome. A&M starts to rise some.

Oklahoma wins the Big12 with one loss. Get passed up by playoff committee in favor of a one loss non conference champion from the Sec or Big Ten. This last loss in the playoffs has a lasting effect on the committee.

alabama declares to be independent, but the College Football Playoff refuses to give them the presidential suite, because Notre Dame already is slutting it up....up there.
