Thats capacity in Sanford Stadium. Not much we can do, we sold out every game in '13 & did it again in '14...

They haven't used turnstile counts in year. Before the addition, there has never been 90k in Tiger Stadium.

Don't blame us for Tennessee baseball suckage.

You sure seem to take pride in facility capacities

You do mean before the addition of the Upper East section, right? If not, you have no clue of what you are talking about.

You'll have to forgive me, but I've been an LSU fan for a long time. And as far as facilities go, this is a golden age for LSU. I've never seen the LSU AD so determined to construct, renovate, and expand athletic facilities like they are doing now.
I'm expecting a couple more big announcements in the next few years. On the scale of the $80 million LSU spent on the Tiger Stadium expansion.

Are they going to paint the outside of the south endzone expansion? Seemed like they never got around to doing that and just left it how it was.
At least that's what it looked like when I went to the Ole Miss game.

I can't find the quote, but it was posted on the Rant that Alleva said something to the effect that LSU wasn't done with the SEZ yet. It was in regards to the structures on top, but maybe the outside as well.
Typical for an LSU facility upgrade, staging work like that, if so.

Been looking, and I noticed ...

On the unused former dorm space in Tiger Stadium: It's a mess. We've looked into doing some stuff. It's full of asbestos that would have to be abated. The plumbing is shot, the electrical is shot, the ceilings are really low. Aesthetically, there are limits. One thing we're looking at is creating more restroom space, particularly women's restrooms.

Brady Hoke, the only head coach who doesn't wear a headset. How do you coach without a headset?

Damn Florida

Kyle Field's capacity in 2014 was 106,000 and inadvertent: a temporary effect of a 2-season expansion. At the beginning of 2015 Kyle's capacity will be fixed, finalized, and at 102,500.
Obviously if A&M remains competitive it will have to expand Kyle Field to accomodate 120,000.
If A&M wins a national championship in the next several years then it will have to let 150,000 buy tickets and think they're a part of it.
If A&M wins two national championships over the next 20 years then Kyle Field will have 200,000 seats, by hell or high water.
The rest of you can brag for now about whatever.

seems like more of a slam on TN than MSU, must not be much to do in eastern TN if that many at spring game.
All these huge capacity stadiums means you are sitting in traffic longer after the game. :)
