Would Auburn still have won?
Removing A&M and Mizzou we get:
EAST
Georgia 5-2
Carolina 5-2
Vandy 4-2
Florida 3-4
Tennessee 2-5
Kentucky 0-7
WEST
Auburn 6-1
Alabama 6-1
LSU 4-3
State 3-4
Ole Miss 3-3
Arkansas 0-7
Would A&M or Mizzou have won the Big 12 if realignment hadn't happened?
Just throwing them in with the B12 based on conf win% it would have been Missouri vs. Baylor
NORTH
Missouri
Nebraska
Kansas State
Iowa State
Colorado
Kansas
SOUTH
Baylor
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Texas
Texas A&M
Texas Tech

Auburn would still have won the SEC. Missouri would have won the Big 12

Auburn would have beat UGA again. The only reason that there was a miracle in the first game was because Aaron Murray damn near single handedly willed UGA to a late lead. It should have been his swan song and the single gutsiest effort ever by a UGA player. Instead, our defense failed us (like they had all season) and nobody save for a few UGA fans will look back on that game acknowledging what Murray had done.
frick Grantham.

Nebraska and Colorado wouldn't be in the Big XII either.

I respect the hell out of Murray. That game is a perfect example of why

Delete this thread. Too many what ifs in this situation.

Yea, which is why I said:

Then why is Arky in the group? Cocks?
You're own post nullifies your premise.

I'll look back and acknowledge it. Georgia was dead in the fricking water going into the fourth quarter and Auburn failed to step on their throat. Aaron Murray was en fuego at the end of that game and made all the throws he needed to make. Give some credit to your offensive coaches for adjusting to quick, short passes to take advantage of the inability of our LBs to defend short passes well.
To my dying breath I'll say Murray didn't cross the goal line on that last TD, but win or lose he played like a champion in that game.
