Didn't need to be. Your QB put up "world record" numbers 2 years in a row and A&M doesn't have shite to show for it.

No, not exactly Oregon or A&M
But that year we really didn't need that. Not only did we rush for 2900 yards, but most of our drives started (averaged) closer to our 40 than our 20 because of our defense and special teams. We had a LOT of short fields.......

It was a great regular season, but legacies are made in the post season. We all witnessed the epic fail in New Orleans. Oh well. Geaux Tigers.

Whoa brah. I'm RA'ing this crazy shite. It's just a message board. If you can't handle it then gtfo. I don't give a shite if you're "just joking" either.
Ha...I hope you're kidding. Because creative phrases like "kill yourself" and "GDIAF" are posted every other second on here. I never see any remarks about those. And they don't even make it clear that they're kidding like I did. It's just a message board.

Yep. It happens. People are too sensitive about 1/9 though.

And I don't doubt for a second that Alabama had a lot to with our 'performance.' But no one has ever explained WTF happened. That was not the LSU team that rolled over all but 1 team in the regular season (hence the designation 'greatest season of all time).
I really believe Bama got the momentum and adrenaline and revenge factorss all going right after it was announced they would be in the game.
LSU probably (subconsciously) thought - 'wait a minute, we already beat these guys on the road, AND we have to play an SECCG, WTF!')

Not "probably." T-Bob flat out said a few days ago they were pissed that they had to play Bama again. They were psychologically beaten before they even walked into the Dome that night.

First and only 2nd place in division and 3rd place in conference team to be given do-over by the media and a faction of BCS Human Poll Voters and Coaches who made sure the more deserving 12-1 Conference Champion did not make it to the title game by voting them FIFTH OR SIXTH in the BCS.
Enough already. They proved on 1/9 that they were the better team. 11/5 was, essentially, a draw. 1/9 was an embarrassment, like your post. Get over it. It's beyond time.

2011 BCSNCG is the only time there was ever a rematch in the championship game with the team who lost the first time getting a mulligan and getting another shot at the team who beat them on their home field.
The game is a complete toss-out and means nothing as far as who the better team was that year.
It should have been LSU-Okla. St. and the fact that it wasn't is an embarrassment on the sport. Alabama never should have been near that game.

2011 Bama, Media Cocksucking Champions!

That's not even the best LSU season of all time. Not even the best LSU season where LSU didn't win the title. Dumb list.

Even if LSU had won the national championship game, they still wouldn't be the greatest team of all time. There's no point in denying LSU's weaknesses at the quarterback position. Other teams before and after 2011 could have competed with and defeated 2011 LSU.
I normally never agree with anything you say, but you're right, here.

Well, it showed Alabama was at least as good as us that year. All the Alabama fans were saying after the game earlier in the season that if the teams played ten times it would be 5-5. A lot of us LSU fans disagreed, but after the NC, they're probably right.
