just saw that Kansas State stat

Yea it was abysmal. We had a similar game against Florida and then rebounded (no pun intended) well against a good State rebounding team the next time out.

We won't win that matchup, but we can't get overwhelmed or we'll be in trouble.

Watched enough SEC basketball to know its hard to beat even an average team on the road. Let alone a top-25 team. Hoping the tide plays well and keeps the momentum going into a crucial home stretch

Thoughts?

Alabama has kind of played like shite the last two games - just lucky they came against teams that couldn't make Bama pay. They play like that tonight they will get run out of the building. My hope is that it was just a lull / playing down to competition. My fear is that this team's lack of depth is catching up and they are running out of steam physically.

Nah. Alabama relies a lot on guards to rebound as their bigs just aren't a force. Kansas State who isn't even that good a rebounding team just absolutely destroyed Bama on the glass Saturday to the tune of KSU getting something like 30 more shots than Bama in the game.

Bama has gotten away with not being great from the 3 the last 2 games. Tonight they are going to have to be on from downtown to beat LSU on the road.

Yep, and really we didn't shoot it all that well against Auburn, Missouri or Kentucky either.

The last game we really shot it well (over 40%) was State.

If Alabama has an eligible big man left at the 15 min. mark of the 2nd half, I'll be amazed! Our best chance is if your bigs have a terrible free throw shooting night.
We got nothing in the paint from a physicality or athletic standpoint to hold up to your big men......although it would be fun if our shooters ALL show up, then it'd become a coaches game.

Bama going to need some help to win tonight. Been mediocre from 3 lately, and if that continues they have zero shot.

LSU probably dominates this game inside and that is probably the weakest part of this Alabama team. They are getting better, but really a poor matchup on the road

Surprised the line is only 4.5, guess it's hard to account for streaky 3 point shooting
