Been going to Starkvegas for Regionals since the 80s ... SC and MSU played some good ones there.

I get it that some of you LSU fans have all this hubris thing going-on .... but when did LSU host their first regional? ... and what year were you born again?

Show some respect to tradition this time of year.

Miss St. should be hosting. NCAA misses big opportunity that the crowds they would draw. It's the best venue in all of CB.

You are obviously not a true LSU baseball fan. State & LSU have a special baseball deal that dates back 40+ years.
Great competition between the teams but always great camaraderie and fellowship and respect between the fans.
So grow up and learn a little about the best baseball rivalry in the SEC.

14/16 Teams were predicted by everyone to host.

I'm still confused on the metrics they use to determine the final spots to host a regional.

Whats the difference between Arizona and Miss State? One is on the west coast???

NC state is somewhat of a daring choice. I think they are being rewarded for having a Strong ACC finish and a SoS of 3.

I still don't understand how NCstate got beat by every non-power 5 North Carolina college baseball team under the sun, but won the series against UNC, Duke, and Wake Forest.

5 host for the ACC and SEC. I think they didn't give the SEC a 6th host because they are likely putting 11 SEC teams in. The comittee wanted to look like they are fair imo. 11 teams from one conference will upset some people.

That's part of it. The other is that Arizona won their conference regular season and tournament. But, if you leave them out, you can't take Oregon State, and the committee seems to love the Beavers, so we get stuck with 2 questionable west coast regionals.
