given Mel Tucker just reset the market with a 95 million dollar deal (fully guaranteed), this seems like it won't be all that significant in a few years once more and more contracts and extensions are signed across the country. Remember a just few years ago when Jimbo's 75 million deal was shocking

Really Woody changed the sport with that Jimbo $75 million deal. It showed coaches at blue bloods could be poached which wasn’t the conventional wisdom prior to the hire, and this offseason we have watched two playoff level programs get picked clean.
It also reset all expectations for coaching contracts and by 2020 Jimbo wasn’t even a top 5 coach in pay per year (which is why he got a raise).
