Also, OU is an all-time top 5 NCAA offender, and we invited them into our league.

I thought the IARP looked into institutional control not long ago with LSU but ultimately decided not to make that finding in their final report.

LSU is squeaky clean and follows rules. They have always been compliant. The only team in the SEC to win natties without cheating and subterfuge. That is why we sport the colors of royalty. Purple n Gold.

These are schools formally charged by the NCAA.... the most serious charge they can levy.

The NCAA did allege lack of institutional control by LSU. But the IARP did not sustain that charge in their final report. It was downgraded to failure to monitor.

That’s my understanding anyway.

I can allege that you are a murderer.... but then I have to prove it.

In a court of law you do. The SEC isn’t a courthouse

I think the better analogy would be a reduced charge.

Still a dead body but not first degree or even second degree murder.

Not that LOIC is really analogous to murder but you went there not me.

LSU is the only school in the country that has a long history of the state governor being involved (one in particular controlled everything), and yet we aren't on this list.

frick the SEC. Sankey has no idea what he's doing and his bias is driving all his actions to the point where it's obvious.

Here we agree.

The SEC is slinging lots of mud. Let’s see their proof and what process they will follow.

Say what you will of the IARP or the NCAA but a rigorous process was followed and evidence was thoroughly examined.

Didn't LOLSU have to vacate a bunch of wins here not too long ago?
