Corndog is something an Auburn person copied and pasted off of NEBRASKA, IOWA, AND KANSAS web sites and message boards.

Link? Corndog!

I've got your link for your right here. War Chicken. But first, you'll need to get on your knees (unless you prefer to bend over?)

Here's your link dumbass: (bottom)

re: LSU corn dog? Explain the meaning... (Posted on 10/7/08 at 9:14 pm to Tigergreg)

PART ONE:
Nebraska fans were called corndogs by Big 12 foes because they are the cornhuskers. Makes sense, I guess. But the "corndog" moniker was used indistriminately between several Big 10 and Big 12 schools including Iowa and Kansas, besides Nebraska - on web sites and message forums.

PART TWO:
Auburn fan proclaims LSU fans smell like corndogs, It's an obvious case of plagiarism.
SEE LINK BELOW

He simply replaced Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas corndog references with LSU and Baton Rouge.
If an opponent has the same mascot as you (see: Auburn Tigers and LSU Tigers) you can't really make fun of tigers. What's an unimaginative Auburn fan to do? Steal some random insult from other passionate college football fanbase.

Over the years some people have reasoned that Auburn fans call us corndogs because of all the fried food we cook at tailgates. This is a spin put on the obvious lack of imagination this insult was born from.
Anybody who has been to LSU during a tailgate realizes quite quickly that most food is grilled, sauted, blackened, stewed or prepared in other ways a lot more frequently than fried.

This plagiarism shows how lame Auburn fans really are.

Finally I present to all the original blog plagiarized by an Auburn person that started the whole "corndog thing".

Do you think this is LSU keeping up with the Joneses? They didn't start making this move to expand until after Daddy A&M did.

If we'd been spending our time trying to keep up with A&M, our facilities would look like shite.

Too bad it's a 104k shithole.

After the renovations, A&M and LSU are going to have gorgeous 100k stadium.

It's obvious that's what this is, though I doubt our tiger brethren will agree on account of :rivalry:

It's true though, isn't it?

And yeah this expansion has been in the works for years and was announced before A&M even joined the SEC.

re: What is the status of A&M's Stadium Expansion and Redo? (Posted on 12/27/11 at 11:47 am to TenTex)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We're going to consider our options for a while because it's not going to be pretty. Consensus seems to be that we will have to entirely demo the east and west sides in order to do it right, and that means playing one year away from Kyle Field (probably at Reliant in Houston). I think that there's no way we are ready to start at the end of next football season, so it may be that the 2014 season is the one played away from Kyle.

The finished product will probably have around 90,000 seats, with the new south endzone structure mostly offsetting seats that are lost in the renovation of the east and west sides (with SRO, we can squeeze in 88K right now, but seating capacity is 82,600).
