Home games: Tulane (Sept. 7), Kent State (Sept. 14), Charlotte (Sept. 21), Mississippi State (Sept. 12), Ole Miss (Nov. 2), Georgia (Nov. 16), Samford (Nov. 23), Alabama (Nov. 30)

The schedule under the Auburn image is not correct. Dates are wrong and we dont play Charlotte this year

LOL valid. (Chest slap, my bad)

And I did...2008 was a rough year. I don’t like to talk about it Hahahaha

But

The hot factor still stands.

Come back and give it another try and .... oh yeah, it's Columbia's motto. Famously Hot. Matter of fact Travien Feaster, the RB that just transferred from Clemson, first time he went before the mics he made a comment about how hot and humid it is in Columbia compared to Clemson. Lou Holtz used to comment on it all the time and Steve Spurrier said he had never felt heat in Florida like he was feeling in SC. So we get it, we do. It's hot here.

Come back next year for another visit. Our games are being played later in the season these days.

The schedule also features visits from some of the SEC West's projected top teams, including a meeting with in-state rival Mississippi State to end the regular season.

Was wondering if I was the only one who noticed that. They have us playing @ Ole Miss on Oct.20 and Ole Miss playing us at home on Nov. 2, This probably should've been proof read before they posted it.

That is not how journalism is done these days.

I was proud that my team is in the top 10 and 60 percent of the schools are SEC. However, they clearly didn't put much effort into this article and I get the feeling they are trying to blow smoke up our asses with it. Or another way of saying it is "clickbait"

I honestly think they did the article based on what teams visit this year. Auburn has a great home schedule with Ole Miss, Miss St, Georgia and Alabama.

That's around the stadium. Where it used to be a parking lot in a field basically.

South Carolina and Auburn are not top 25. Columbia SC is a hole and the stadium area is the worst in the SEC.

Wow. Glad to see they’ve upgraded the surrounding area.

Those must be the most recently visited, because few of those are head scratchers. Mainly because of their high ranking, not because they would be bad tailgating experiences. To the contrary, I will agree that Ole Miss is a unique experience, but it's kinda like being at a giant, drunkened country club party hosted by the Jackson Junior League. Love it or hate it, I guess.
