Sorry, I'm not familiar with Mizzou's schedule, just that the OOC is weak sauce.

2 BCS conference opponents and @ UCF is weak?

OK done. No bannable avi's tho.

Guess you didn't see the thread I started about Mizzou's OOC schedule the next 6 seasons. You guys play @ Toledo and @ Wyoming and have no ranked OOC on the slate.

Southeast Louisiana, Arizona State, UCF and Syracuse. 2 schools from BCS conferences and at UCF for Florida recruiting.

Oh yea, Syracuse is now a glorified FCS team. UCF is meh but gaining respectability oh and don't kid yourself that it's for recruiting a home and home series isn't exactly a recruiting boon. Play it annually make it a tradition, then it's for recruiting and such, ASU I can live with.

Quote from the Columbia Tribune, beat writer Dave Matter regarding DGB:

? I’ll touch on this more in the coming days, but Green-Beckham continues to stand out in the passing game. With three different type of players at the Y/tight end position—Eric Waters, Green-Beckham and Culkin—the offense has evolved in some new directions as far as formations and packages, Yost said. And Green-Beckham is quickly emerging into an impact player at that inside position. Yost compared him to former receivers Jeremy Maclin and Danario Alexander in his ability to separate from defenders. Those players, the ones who can turn a 5-yard pass in the flat into a 60-yard catch and run, are incredibly rare, but Missouri’s been fortunate to have two since 2007. The way Yost has talked, Missouri has its third. “You’re seeing a bounce in his step after the catch,” he said. “It’s exciting to find ways to get the ball in their hands. You don’t have to throw it 30 yards downfield for a big play. You just get it to him and let them do their

I thought (S)Cam Newton played in the SEC. Hell he won the Heisman playing in that "DEfense First" league

Franklin also doesn't have the incredibly experienced OL that Newton was working behind.

But to answer the question about DGB, at least for UGA, I would imagine he will be double-teamed and one of those guys will likely be Josh Harvey-Clemons working in the "star" position. His measurables 6'5", 210ish, and while I doubt he is truly 4.4 speed, he ain't slow. Anyway the height advantage won't be there, and DGB, like most freshmen WRs is going to get a healthy taste of being jammed at the line on each play.

DGB is an amazing athlete, but with Mizzou he is going to get double teamed all day.

Just look what happened to Alshon Jeffery and USCe.

DGB is going to be a beast in the NFL though.

Hopefully DG-B will still be struggling to figure out the Missou playbook by the time they come to Williams-Brice.....

DGB can be playing at a pro-level, but Mizzou's O-line is in terrible shape for that to even matter.

No way they can complete passes in time against ya'lls D.

There's no doubt Franklin is not Newton. But it's not like this guy aint got a set of wheels on him. You talk like this guys playing with a walker back thier. Ya'll must be to used to pocket pass style QB's.

DBG should see playtime. Last reports was he was upbto game speed and making some plays. They are compairing him to Maclin but bigger, quick and fast.
