Bummer, was hoping he'd be charged.

Why? Honestly I hope he didn't rape anyone, nobody got raped, OSU loses, and AU gets to play a full strength FSU for all the marbles. But that's just me.

I'd rather not get any hand me down championships.

Keep in mind, FSU has a rule that if even charged with a felony, he has to leave school. Ball game
They also have an exception clause.

Is the exception for only the QB position? It totally should be.

Not sure WHAT the exception clause is, but I have heard it mentioned on sports talk radio, so it must be true.

I'd take Duke. I think FSU wins, but not by that much. Duke is a solid team

Jameis Winston was at practice today, his attorney Hobbs said there was serious hints that he will be cleared and they scheduled a press conference on ESPN

I'd bet money he doesn't get charged since Tallahassee PD fricked this up on purpose

Even the quotes from Meggs the guy making the decision sounds pro Jameis

Duke's runningbacks are getting better by the second. Their starter was a gasher against Miami (yes I know, it's Miami) but he broke tons of tackles.

Seriously? Some of you aubaurn fans would hope that an innocent young man would be charged just for football? My husband was a prosecutor and in his opinion they will not charge him. He said if they were going to charge him he would be handcuffed and in jail. Some of you are either really young or sick.

Has more to do with the nature of the investigation and how the Tallahassee PD clearly fricked up. Even if he was innocent, this case was anything but well done

If he is innocent so be it. I feel for the kid that he has to go through this. I do not think he got charged but the way this has gone, I think he would have been charged a long time ago if he wasn't Jameis Winston
