Everyone keeps saying FSU would still beat Duke without Winston, which is probably true. Hypothetically speaking though... Say Winston did get charged and FSU still won the ACC Championship game. Would the Human voters drop FSU out of the top 2 spots due to being lead by a rapists all year?

I think in celebrity cases in general, too often the prosecutor's try to judge the verdict themselves much more so than with the average person under investigation. It's almost like with someone of public fame, a prosecutor is too busy being a politician and will only try the athlete if they have no other choice. I could be jaded and wrong...but that's the feel I get. Especially with the "are you sure you want to go forward? Tallahassee is a big football town." Whether he's innocent or not, the whole case just feels, smells, and tastes rotten.
