A Message to LSU fans

Hello LSU fans. Hope all is well.

We fans of other schools need to bring to your attention a small problem we have noticed over the past year or so, for it has grown a bit worse over the past few months. It is an issue that is difficult to discuss, for you don't quite see it or believe it, yet it is one that needs addressing before it is too late . . . if it isn't already.

We actually see what you are attempting to do with the irrational, bitter, and, at times, fearful and meaningless posts being placed here by some of your fans. While these are "Rants" per se, and part of the "SEC Rant" by definition, many of us, dare I say most of us, notice the sheer numbers from your fanbase and worry.

Why? Well, if I may be blunt, we question the wasted time in writing the aforementioned posts. For you see, if you were Auburn fans (or even inbred Tennessee fans) many Alabama fans may take some offense and answer in a totally arbitrary way, hoping to counter the attack quickly with as much venom as had been put upon them. Why? For these are rival fans, even hated rival fans - with some preferring the romantic coupling of their own family and/or farm animals.

You actually seem to think that your posts are bothersome to Alabama fans. While comparing yourself to Auburn or sister/goat frickers is noble, your team just doesn't belong in the conversation and never will. I'm sorry, but It just doesn't - for Alabama fans just don't care or hate your team, or your coach for that matter, to the obvious degree of hate you feel toward Alabama and its coach - thus making your attempts quaintly sad in their delivery, and darkly humorous in their intentions.

I'm truly sorry but the truth needs to be told. I wish you well.
