Mississippi State predictions/discussion

These are truly the end times - who would have thought Mississippi State and Auburn would be a top be a Top 5 match-up, playing for the #1 spot nationally?
A couple interesting match-ups:
1) Miss. State's defensive front versus AU's offensive line. It's no secret our offensive line has not had the same push as last year, and Miss State looks stout on both lines of scrimmage. Can Auburn establish the run game at the first level? It's going to be hard to do this week.
2) Auburn's receivers versus Miss. State's secondary. The one vulnerability the Bulldogs have on defense seems to be their secondary - if Texas A&M didn't catch the drop bug a la Auburn vs. Kansas State they could have made this game a little bit closer. I'm excited to watch if Sammie and Duke do what Texas A&M's receivers failed to do.
3)Dak versus the Auburn defense. Can Auburn contain Dak enough and force him into less than ideal choices to gain ground?
Prediction: Damn, this is going to be a tough road win. If Auburn's defense can get bodies into Miss. State's backfield and the offense can continue to connect on passes and secure the run game's perimeter I like our chances. 38-28 Auburn

Our pass protection has been pretty stellar and we will need to pass more than usual this game.
This will be a tough match up and at their house. Best execution with least amount of mistakes wins this game. I now believe we get through the Mississippi schools and we go undefeated for the season.
Looks like our team is staying focused on the one game at a time mantra. It will be hard waiting for this game to happen this week...

I think were about 10-14 points better than them but they are at home and play well there.
Dak is the best we'll face all year and their wrs are big. I love our defense right now but they're going to score.

After week 1, I thought A&M was our biggest concern. I have changed my mind about that.

I honestly think we go into Starkvegas and beat them pretty soundly. Our D is playing great and Marshall's passing is way better. AU 38 Moo 17

Our DLine finally is set up to stop a power running mobile QB. When we take away their running lanes like we did against Waters, we will shut down Daksiah.

Auburn will win this game by a touchdown. State starts out strong. Goes up 14-0. Auburn settles down and wins 35-28
