I have Direct TV...is it just going to magically appear at 6pm ET? My DTV guide still doesn't recognize it as an upcoming channel.

It is starting to show up this morning on some carriers so far. Guess as the day goes on this will continue. Did you call your provider?

I already get the premium sports and movie package through DTV. Are we required to order SEC Network separately?

I think this applies only to folks with basic or stripped down packages.
When I talked to some folks earlier the rule of thumb seemed to be if you had ESPNU you had no worries. If you just had ESPN - no ESPN2 or ESPNU - you might want to call your provider.
I am just wondering if ESPN will push free LHN to the SECN folks. Even if it is free in my market I will call and complain.

before switching to DTV (had cox) we got the LHN. and it pissed me off for some reason.

Does anyone know how the WatchESPN app is going to work with this?
Will you be able to stream SECN live, or will you just use the app to watch selected programming, like SECN games?
