If you are college age then the Keys and a late night run to Tolly Ho is in order. If you are older and downtown hit main street - Bellini's or some of the other places down there. If you are upscale, downtown Lexington has the oldest men's club west of the Allegheny Mountains but it is private.
I could tell you the real hot spots and hook you up with some fellow Bama alums but my memory is fuzzy for folks who denied my admittance to the Bama board. Karma is like that.

Do you like Bourbon? If so, check out Horse and Barrel.
Haven't lived there in several years now, so not sure where the other places to hang out are now. Two Keys is probably not your scene. It's mostly undergrads.

Also, if you like craft beer there are a couple of breweries that you can tour. I haven't been to West Sixth because it didn't exist while I was there, but Kentucky Ale is very good and does a nice tour and sampling.
Or, depending on what floats your boat, you could try Soundbar, The Bar Complex, Crossings, Club 141, Art Bar, Mia's, or Pulse.
