I did the season and game threads years back. Didn’t work out well for us…..it was the year we lost to UVA at home.
It is possible it’s because I kept referring to them as UVulA.

I think UVA has bumped us from the tournament a few times.

2010 now that I'm thinking about it. I was shitfaced in the RF in 2009 for the UVA. But only for the last two games(which we obviously lost).
Those two years is when the WAOM curse officially started for me. After dropping the last two games at home to UVA and being forced to watch them dogpile not only on our field but in Omaha......the Sports gods sent us to Charlottesville regional the very next year.
Naturally.....we won our first game against St. Johns then got smacked by UVA and St. Johns to end our season.

I second my nomination of you to do the 2023 beisbol thread. You're always posting at 2 - 3 AM. It just means more and it just makes sense.

Admittedly that has a lot to do with me having to wake up that early for work…..and it’s quite possible I’m a few weeks away from a promotion and normal hours.
