Yep. I don’t think most people realize this is gonna let Chambliss play next season. Real court trumps the ncaas kangaroo court.

Absolutely. It’s entertaining watching the LSU fans shitting themselves over this on the main board.

As much as I want Trinidad back next year and to get to continue to watch him play, I do wonder if this is the right thing for him. It definitely is in our best interest, but a good part of the country will root against him the way they did pavia and saying he should go pro. Would hurt his heisman chances etc.. people being biased against him thinking he shouldn't be playing.

With it being such a weak draft I wonder if that is what's best for him. All that said, hope I get to watch him in vaught Hemingway next year.

Has literally never happened to any player. There was no Heisman bias against Pavia. shite, he finished second.

Hurt his Heisman chances? You mean the chances he won’t have if he can’t come back?

Also it helps him if anything. It guarantees him $5 Mill. Then he can go pro and try to make his money.

What if he gets drafted in the 4th round and never really pans out? This is what’s best for him.

Who cares? I don't. A good part of the country already roots against us because we are in Mississippi and are in the SEC.

It’s been entertaining watching lsu fans lose their mind over the whole Kiffin hiring.

Nothing has gone how they envisioned. We kept winning, no one transferred to them from OM, half Lsu’s most bestest and expensive team ever transferred out, they can’t find a qb or oline.

People rooted against Pavia because he’s an insufferable douchebag, not because he got another year.

Ole Miss is filing an injunction in state court - following the whole Pavia path. Trinidad will be playing QB at Ole Miss next year, unless he decides to try for the NFL draft.

I doubt the NFL even has him on their radar. He really does need to return for one more year to get his draft grade up.

Draft might have been the right choice for him if NIL wasnt a thing, coming back and getting a guaranteed 5mill is definitely the right choice

I’ve still yet to see anyone share any sort of NFL prediction for him.

Just looked at Kipers board.

He has him as the #4 QB and outside of the top 25 overall.

He would most likely be a third round or later pick. The NFL still likes physical quarterbacks, but shorter players from rpo single read offenses mean he would be risky with a lot of development necessary. Dart started out well but is far from being a successful nfl quarterback, and corral absolutely flopped hard.

Corral had mental health issues going on. That’s what got to him. If he had been in his right mind I think he would have been fine

He's been amazingly wrong the last 5 or so drafts.

Can someone explain how an injunction will grant him another year?

In my clueless mind, he is out of eligibility per the rules… So, how would filing an injunction automatically get him more eligibility?

I agree here. We could play him but ultimately forfeited wins.
