I went the north route through Arkansas vs going through LA. My one and only stop is at Bryce's in Texarkana for thirty slices of pie and chopped steak. I could eat at that joint evey meal for the rest of my life and die a happy man.

The poor souls are used to Baton Rouge, of course Houston seems ok to them. Both are about equal on the shite hole scale, Houston's just bigger.

Houston sucks because it is Indianapolis with lots more humidity. Baton Rouge sucks because it has horrible traffic like Houston but with a city government like Jackson. "Jackson proper" sucks because of the horrid city government and being an unofficial sanctuary city for POS criminals.

What people that have never really lived any place to compare it to.
In reality all cities have great places that you find if you live there for any length of time. Houston just sucks because it is spread the frick out. It seems like it takes +60 minutes and you have navigating horrible traffic to get any where.

That's true not inside the loop. I've never encountered ridiculous traffic in those areas, certainly not compared to BR.

I know a handful of non-regular posters here. I know a lot more of the guys on NAFOOM and tSpirit, but both have turned into cess pools focusing on what they're currently cooking for dinner and fighting over random BS, so I don't visit too often. My identity isn't some secret, I even had two guys from tRant share a ride with me to a game last year when we had spare seats. I don't publicly give anything away simply because of the fans of other schools are fricking nuts on this site. I made a comment on the money board a while back helping a guy with finding a job, and some fricking Aggie went full stalker mode and started sending my business creepy DM's threatening to out me on tRant. It wasn't much personal info either, so he spent god knows how many hours connecting the dots. I can honestly say A&M was miserable add and without a doubt the worst fan base in the SEC, which is really saying something.
