Hate to say it but he looks terrible and slow out there. Both of the fsu touchdowns are on him. He just doesn't look even 75% out there

Never thought I'd see it. But he looks like he's moving in slow motion out there. He's obviously hurt.

Agree 100%. Can they redshirt him this year & get him healthy?

That injury at Alabama is going to cost him millions of dollars.

I don't think so. I think he will be fine once healthy. It was the Bama game last year that he had the injury. It hasn't been a year yet. Even Laquon said he wasn't completely healthy. Quon position didn't require him to cut on a dime alot. In man coverage, Conner just can't physically do it yet.

That was my first thought after watching him the first series. I feel terrible for the kid. I'm hoping that some of that was just rust, fear of reinjury, and first game jitters. I'm predicting him to play a series next week, rest up, and wreck shite vs Bama.

If he can't recover do we move him to outside LB? He's still a force in the run game if he can't cover a WR

Only way Tony wrecks shite is if somebody tries to run him over...

He's NOT running down a RB or WR...

He looked closer to 50% than 95%...

I don't understand what's going on. He's what 20 years old and it was cartilage, not torn ACL, etc. Why hasn't he progressed a little more?

I thought they found something congenital while they were in there.

Conner had a meniscus tear. People heal differently and plus he didn't have the surgery to repair it right away so it really hasn't been long since his surgery.

If he isn't healthy I hope they pull & redshirt him so he can come back 100% next year & not impact him long term. I watched him since he was a freshman starting at SP and when healthy he is a very special player.

You can't give him a redshirt after he's already played.

This guy hit the nail on head. Tony will never quite be Tony..ever....and the injury was an injury that built...not happen all at once. He will always have pain....Feel terrible for the kid.
