Absolutely. Nothing to feel bad about after this week. In fact, I feel much better about the upcoming regional. I hope it's not just gas.

Forgive me if it has, but has the play by Dunhurst been "addressed" on this here forum tonight? Asking for a friend, because it's certainly one of the best plays of the season so far.

Am I the only one who is mildly relieved we aren’t still in that tournament?

Yes. We put on a good showing, won some big games, and lost our two games by a combined two runs. Have to be happy that we did what we needed to do for securing a regional then bounced without getting anyone hurt.

The one positive of potentially still being in is if we won we had a decent chance at being the #8 seed.

100% chance we would then host UVA in a super regional...

Unless I'm looking at something wrong, Southern Miss played La Tech 11 times this season and went 4-7.

The committee screwed us while State gets a joke of a regional. Better not pitch Nikhazy on Friday.

Where do we go for a Super (assuming we survive this nightmare).

I would hold Nikhzay for game two even if SEMO has a legitimate ace. Put the game on the offense and a good start from Diamond. This is one of the top offenses in the SEC at home. If OM can't beat SEMO without Nikhazy, they don't deserve to advance.

Do I think Bianco does this? Absolutely not.
