Yeah we didn’t necessarily lose our way out of the tournament tonight if that’s what happens. We played our way out with those BS early season losses and losing at home to State and that loss at Vandy.

1. frick LSU. That fricking corrupt program should have the death penalty and their slimy bitch arse coach should be banned for life. They are dirty as hell.
2. We fricked our own selves over earlier in the year when we lost to teams like Dayton, Wichita State, Georgia twice, and Vanderbilt. Don't deserve to make it.

I hope Kermit can pull a rabbit out of a hat and find some consistent offense next year. We exploded out to a six point lead after Jarkel got hot only for us to squander that lead in a few possessions. Hated having to play from behind as many times as we did this year
FWIW, I think Kermit did a good job coaching this team that severely lacked top tier talent. Shuler is a good player who had an All-SEC type season, but some of the guys on this team that we really needed to step up played like absolute scrubs this season. Hopefully Daeshun Ruffin stays committed to us and becomes a difference maker right away

Well we’re one of the favorites to land a 5 star big man but unless he reclassifies he won’t be on the team next year. It’s gonna be a transfer but it’s way to early to know who it’s gonna be. If Joiner shoots from three like he has the last few games he’s gonna be an All SEC player next year. Buffen is inconsistent but I wouldn’t be surprised if he put it together his last year. Luis Rodriguez is a very good defender and rebounder that is a solid player. Murrell and Ruffin are two guys that are gonna decide next year outside of the center position. If Ruffin can score at an efficient rate and take care of the ball the team should be ok.

Yeah it's over. Spending time in the Montana mountains is a good way to stop thinking about basketball. I recommend it.

I understand why it's setup the way it is, but imagine if they just pulled the top 64 teams automatically into the NCAA Tournament. The talent level of the tournament overall would increase greatly

I think it’s only one spot left with about us and 6 other teams having a case to get it. It sucks but if those 2 auto bids didn’t happen I think we would’ve gotten in.

Haha no, I wouldn't want Covid to ruin any tournament team's season. At this point the top 68 teams earned it more than us.
But the way the conferences tournaments went, there could (unfortunately) be a team or two who have to stay home.
