Another significant factor i saw pointed out elsewhere is Partridge can coach safeties and line backers. Durkin can coach linebackers and D-Line. That gives us tremendous flexibility moving forward. That means we probably make Bo Davis, Tosh Lupoi, and Karl Scott all tell us no because we could hire any of the 3 and make things work.

From what I was reading, before he was fired, two independent investigations didn’t find him at fault but the media/public backlash is what got him fired

Maybe that's why he was hired as the Co-D Coordinator as well... Maybe Partridge will be the big recruiter and Durkin will be eased back into it once the dust settles. For now, it looks rough from an optics perspective. Great defensive mind though... Just hope it works out.

I’m sure with all these recruiters coming in they will have there own evaluation team. Nothing against siskey or Chapman they both have killed it for us. I wish we could make it work for them to stay.

Havent seen davids post yet.. but some tennesse writers and fans are getting antsy about hiring another new position staff member.. they just lost there RB coach too.

Apparently Charles Clark was hired by Memphis today. I wish him well but also wish that they’d lose every game.
