Not as a defensive coordinator though as a position coach. If we bring him in id want to keep MM as a consultant. Being great at recruiting is a necessity but so is in game adjustment and great goaching which MM is great at

Not from what ive read they have a DC at michigan they are not happy with. He was the special teams coach and current safeties coach.
And DJ Durkin dismissed/fired from maryland after the player was killed at practice.
Hasnt worked in a year, rehabilitating his image. But seems like a great defensive mind with head coaching experience.
At this junction in their careers.. i could see them both taking co-dc titles. One as a move up and one as a move back into coaching

Yeah i was talking about partridge in that post at michigan. Im aware of DJ Durkin and his accolades.

I thought the number for assistants pool was 5.3 million with another 2 million for secondary staff
