Still upsets me. Didn’t quite have the NIL firepower during his recruitment. oatis and pegues on the line… no one would hit 100 rushing yards on us all year

They could’ve gotten it from somewhere else for all I know. Ole Miss isn’t particularly great about hiding it when they shoot the uniform videos on campus and they always shoot on Tuesday. Steven Willis seems to think they’re gonna do the realtree helmets for the game but I know as of right now the plan is for just traditional powder blue

Not really a thing.
Powder was used for a small window during the Vaught years thanks to an order mishap but it was darker than the current Carolina blue that we use today.
Brewer brought it back in the 80s for a short time too. Again, not the Carolina blue we have today.
If we really wanted to go traditional shade of blue it would be the dark royal blue used during most of the Vaught years.
Personally, this is my favorite of the traditional helmets.
Our current blue is Carolina blue because that is the color that Nike had available to offer.

Agree. Our "traditional powder blue" is nothing more than a historical inaccuracy and gimmick. Looks pretty though.

I think Kiffin knows the value of marketing and our power blue jerseys & helmets get talked about more when we wear them, than our traditional uniforms. I personally love the navy blue helmet, red or blue jerseys and grey pants with the stripes, but if the players like the powder blue better go with what they want.

We were never more talked about than when we wore traditional uniforms and beat Bama in Oxford. Ultimately, if we win, we'll be talked about.
