New KA house

From the pictures I've seen may be the most legit frat house on campus. Brand new. Good for them.

Just moved my kid in to Ole Miss. The growth is staggering. It seems a few houses are getting larger.
I have not driven Sorrority or Fraternity row in several years. It looked like besides KA; both Beta and Sigma Chi were larger than I remembered. AOPi just completed some large remodel and what happened to Theta house and what is going there? ADPi left campus when I was in school there, and now they have a massive house across from old Theta house.
Greek life is not dead at Ole Miss. Surprised they do not have more houses?

Didn't KA just get a new house within the last 10 years?

They got a new one in 2003ish? Thinking of them or did is this their third new house in 20 years.

Phi Delt got a new one around that time frame, house burned.

Phi Delt is already rebuilding their house as well. ATO was one of the newest houses when I was in school and now it’s old compared to the newer and renovated houses.

Believe it or not, but KA was kick out in 1997 and another fraternity took their house. This is the same KA where alum is very strong and give bids to guys that did well on their act/sat or whatever. A drunk dude fell down some stairs and got injured. That is why they were kicked off. With all the alum that makes no sense. Ole Miss was strict then I guess.

KA was suspended back in 2008 as well

KA got kicked off in 97/98 b/c actives (no pledges involved) took pictures of themselves paddling each other. Store that developed the photos turned them in and Sparky gave them the boot. DKE moved into their house. They got kicked off campus for having pics of strippers on their web site.

The DKEs at Ole Miss have a long standing history of getting suspended going back decades. They finally got their charter revoked some time in the 2010s.
