Thank god! If he didn't come back we wouldn't have had a pass rush besides Benito.

That is huge. Props to this guy for sticking it out, finishing college, and taking a risk for the team.

Wonder if there is a chance our new d coordinator switches to a 3-4 which could really showcase Haynes pro potential. This is a really deep draft class for pass rushers so hopefully his decision will be beneficial for him as well, it definitely is huge for our defense.

We don't have the personnel to run a 3-4.

Haynes did say he was open to playing LB

Dude.....we had a problem putting 2 LBs on the field last year and you want us to swap to a 3-4? Plus in that scheme you need a couple legit NTs to rotate in and we don't have one on the roster.

We have recruit poor for the D side of the ball if you ask me.. We have step that up with new DC coming in.

Hope Haynes works on his attitude. I understand the frustrations that must have been rampant to end the season, but if the rumors of him straight up refusing to go back in the egg bowl are true then he has some work to do.
