I still think there is at least a 5% chance Chambliss was running on 2 hrs of sleep after staying up to watch the ALDS Friday night. Only reason I can come up with for some of those throws

I will agree some of those throws looked bad. His stat line made up a bit for that.

He missed a bunch of check down throws that would have picked up significant yards or the first down at least by looking exclusively at the deep ball against a 2 high shell with a MLB spy. Not to completely blame him however that was the worst we've looked in pass protection all season. The whole right side of our line looked terrible and the left side wasn't much better. Garrison still isn't the long term answer and needs to be addressed regardless of how this season shakes out.

Starting DB Kyron Jones will be out this weekend it sounds like. Big dropoff between him and his backup so good news for us.
Starting safety who gets into the box. Easily the best tackler on the UGA defense and clears up any run that gets over 5 yards down field. Will make it harder for them to shut down the run

To me, this game just feels like either we win in a close one or lose by 2-3 scores, no in-between.

Lines are wrong all the time. The motive of a line is to get as much money as possible on both sides of the bet.

Yeah we are the most penalized team in the SEC, which needs to be fixed. We cannot just spot UGA 199 yards like we have been doing with other opponents.
Secondary will also need to wrap up this week. Way too many missed tackles against Washington State when the secondary had to come downhill to stop the outside run / bubble screens.

I’ve been talking with 2 of my closer friends , both of whom went to UGA and it’s funny at how uneasy both they about UGA and I, about ole miss are for this game. Neither side thinks they’re winning. They’ve had a much more positive outlook in years past .. not that this means anything but I find it interesting at how we all don’t think our team can do it

Georgia's defense this year, so far, hasn't been as dominating as it has been in the past. I'm going with a higher scoring game than folks think. Ole Miss jumps out big going into halftime and manages to hold off a Georgia rally in the 2nd half...
