All the talk has been about the transfer portal, but I wonder how Suntarine Perkins is doing. He should be a beast this year.

Hope he has added some significant weight. This defensive line, along with Perkins and addition of new linebackers has me excited. DB concerns me the most.

Where the hell is RantingRebel? He’s gonna make us cut his pay.

Defensive secondary and how the O-Line gels are the only real concern going into the season. O-Line has plenty of talent, just need to play as a unit.

Maybe RB depth, though I have full faith in Bentley as RB1

Pete needs some time off . He earned it.

I’d like to hear from RantingReb on the oline progress. Will we have a formidable offensive line?

For the sake of some discussion, why is UGA at home a guaranteed loss via predictions and experts? I’m genuinely asking. Are they too deep with superior talent? Was our secondary simply exposed last year against them? Didn’t they lose a bunch of talent, and is it just a case of reloading with now years of strong recruiting?

I think it’s benefit of the doubt that they haven’t lost a regular season game in 3 years

They’re reloading with 5 stars again as usual

No shame in dropping this one . But who knows.. we may surprise everyone. I suspect that will be a record breaking crowd /gameday type weekend

Is Nolen on the level of Nkemdiche in terms of disruption on the defensive line? I know Nkemdiche wasn’t a “sack master” but he seemed to be a constant issue / gotta double team him threat. When you have a threat like that it really opens up doors for the rest of the defense.

I don’t think losing to Georgia is any more of a certainty than say winning over an Arkansas type. That’s just the truth.

Not sure where the concern about the DBs is coming from…..per insiders Amos and Hamilton are the real deal then the guys behind them are no slouches either (Turnage, Graves & Brown) Also the Safeties are salty AF. Plus having a DL like we have should make their job so much easier.

The only concern anyone should have is will the OL jell and really be dominate. We can’t afford to not give Dart time this season like all of last year.

This. I don't consider any of our games an auto loss at this point with our roster.

Glad to hear the DBs are getting votes of confidence. That’s the group I am least familiar with. I gotta say man.. I am absolutely stoked about the interior unit. Ivey and Pegues as multi year vets. Nolen and Umanmielen pickups. I feel like Harris is setup for a breakout year. Kam Franklin getting some action. Not only is the talent there but there’s a rotation. Couple guys I am leaving out. And then Perkins as a blitzing nightmare. I really hope he has added 15-20 lbs. LFG.

Dart shared a story of Juice Wells running a route and making a great 1-handed catch. His cuts looked good but his arms were flailing all over the place.

Does anyone know if Deion Smith is going to ever put on an Ole Miss uniform? At this point I'm just assuming he won't but was curious if anyone knew anything on this.

According to a podcast we should know something about the two grades he needs to get in 10-14 days.

I think it looked worse that it was because it was in slow motion.
