FIRE CHARLIE WEIS JR

His playcalling is so bad it’s not funny. It’s sad. It almost cost us numerous games this year and did cost us the Bama game.

You could tell either Lane started calling a few plays in the third quarter or instructed that dumb arse Weis on play calling.

I could be wrong but Lebby comes off as one of those guys who is a phenomenal assistant but not good at running the whole show. If they hire him and we keep Lane, we will continue to bury them

And they’re seriously going to pay him $6 million a year?

He takes playcalling away from him when he gets frustrated. I wish lane would just call all the plays. It always puts us in a hole

Lebby has been far from a phenomenal assistant at Oklahoma

We weren’t going to jump Missouri regardless of the score if they won

If you told me when Matt Luke got hired that we would have multiple 10 win seasons in the next 7 years, I would have laughed in your face.

Hopefully we can keep the expectation of 8-9 win seasons when Kiffin eventually leaves.

The reason I like Kiffin is because he hates these expectations and that it’s all our fans demand. As long as you only expect 8-9 wins, that’s the most you’ll ever get. Programs taking the next step to being elite begins with fans demanding it and not settling

That's the big thing. Keep asking for 10+. That's how you break a ceiling.

I was saying 8 wins is the floor under Kiffin. That is the expectation I want to keep. Not just hoping for 8-9 wins

Our SOS blows theirs out of the water.

But we looked bad offensively in some of our wins and got boatraced by Georgia.

Let’s be honest, we should have beat the brakes off of most of our competition but were held back by garbage offensive play calling.

Looking good winning (and losing) will be worth more beginning in 2024 because of the 12 team playoff. We can’t afford to eek by shitty teams and expect to make it in ahead of teams with similar records that had better wins and losses.

frick CHARLIE WEIS JR AND FIRE HIM

It sometimes comes down to losing at the right time. We lost at the absolute worst time we possibly could have. Had we lost to Bama and UGA back to back then won 7 in a row the. We are probably in the top 8

I pretty much agree, but firing an OC after a 10-2 season gonna be a bad look.

We don’t need to be shackled to shitty coordinators anymore. We can pay and good coordinators will come.
