Think things might get rolling here soon. Jordan Allen was at the game this weekend and decommitted from Penn State after. We also had a ton of other kids. Atmosphere was awesome and I think kids are starting to see that

The Martin kid from California, QB, committed to UCLA. I don’t think it was a surprise but Kiffin did visit him personally.

Wonder why we haven’t had any real recruiting splashes with Kiffin? I was under the impression he was an excellent recruiter and quite frankly his first 2 classes seem to be just okay.

I never really hear that he's at home visits or a football game in whatevertown, MS/LA/AL. He seems to recruit through twitter and relies on transfer portal to fill immediate holes.

Anyone have any commit predictions? It’s been a month since we have had a commit.

Did y’all see where Martin had 13 touchdown passes last night and his team won 106-0 and is getting blasted for running it up so damn much?

I think yesterday showed just how bad recruiting has been the last 5 years. This has got to improve. Not even asking for top 10 classes but consistent top 25

We had a top 20 class last recruiting cycle and it’s Halloween for the 2022 class. Calm down bro.

Yeah the lack of depth is glaring. At the same time, it’s terrible luck to have your top 3 WR weapons out. Any offense would struggle under the same circumstances.

Yeah having your top three receivers go down would gut most anybody.

Do we need to be looking at our strength and conditioning? Our offensive and defensive lines get pushed around and a lot of injuries to our skill players

I’m honestly starting to think the amount of plays we run on offense takes it not only out of the opposing defense but also our offense. It certainly increases our chances for injury.

Not sure about y’all but the only silver lining from Saturday is I was impressed with Altmyer when he came in. The stage wasn’t too big for him and he seemed calm, cool, & collected.

I thought the same. He’s looked terrible the few times he’s been in before that.

There are others.

The defense made tremendous adjustments in the second half and held Auburn to 3.

Costa was 2-2 with a 49-yarder in a hostile environment. We are going to play in one more hostile road environment before this season ends, and it is important to have that experience.

In the last four years, Luke and Kiffin both had a class in the 30's, and our defensive recruiting has been subpar. That's what we are dealing with. Luke's '18 class was 32nd w/ 22 commits and 3 four-stars (10th in the SEC but had Corral).

Kiffin's first class was really not his. He was hired a couple of weeks before the early signing day. Last years class was really Kiffin's first and it was top 20. This years class will also probably wonder up top 20.
