Well that's Ross D article finalizes it - joining LSU but wants to coach out the season.
Can't let him coach - have to push him out and let the chips fall where they may. Cannot make an individual larger than the program - even with everything he has done this year.

Lane is being an absolute piece of shite. If he managed to hang on for a playoff, I imagine there will be mustard bottles flying. Oxford is such a small town and things could get ugly for him.

I just don’t understand how he thinks that would be ok for him to come coach a playoff game in Oxford as the head coach of LSU next year. It would be a horrible experience for everyone. He can’t be that dumb he is just trying to look like he’s not a loser who is walking out on his team.

I go back to - if we cannot force Lane out we need to inform him he needs to be 100% committed through the playoffs. No agreement with another school.no recruiting for another school. No setting up a staff at another school. Make him tank year 1 at his next job.
