Yeah, he’s really struggling to find the strike zone but did a nice job working out of that with minimal damage.

And frick Maryland’s lead off guy that stands on top of the plate.

Our pitchers should learn how to throw strikes. These walks and hit batters are killing us.

We’re at 13 walks in a game and a half. Not even including the multiple hbp. Can’t win games like that.

We’ve gotta have some of the best bats in the country. Hopefully some of these young pitchers can improve throughout the year.

We've issued 47 free passes (BB or HBP) in 6 games. That's almost 8/game. That is THE glaring issue with this team right now.

Plus, yesterday, the free passes were strung together. Makes for hard sledding.

Agree there the control issues from pitchers has been bad. Luckily I think this is something that will improve through the next few weeks.
