It doesn't mean anything, it's just some shite some kids from Louisiana started saying,and they tried to make it a thing.
There is nothing wrong with slang IMO, that is how a language evolves,but The #1 rule,the new way should be faster and easier to speak,and communicate meaning quicker. It's easier to say "BOY".

It's a play on the way Cajuns pronounce boy. Not exactly phonetically accurate, but close enough for TD.
