There's a difference in "what's for dinner?" drama and "so this guy at the club keeps fricking with me, can you do something about it baby?" drama.

I know guys that have dated strippers and all of that would apply, except maybe minus the clap.

I'll say this, you can usually tell pretty quick what you're getting into. Had a parent I worked with a few years ago who stripped and you'd have never known it. She hid it pretty well because she just didn't take her "work" home. Little bitty Cuban lady. Always brought us Starbucks giftcards during appreciation weeks.
The ones who do bring shite home are usually an unmitigated shitshow. And unfortunately that's probably good majority of strippers.
I think I'd test drive her for a bit before I consider "dating" her.

I did in college, but didn't know it till a few weeks in. She was cool, very intelligent, and only using it to pay for school. But it never got that serious.
