Everyone is going to say the girl next door but your question is what is more attractive. By definition, if you rate a girl a 10/10 in looks that girl must be more attractive. Sure she probably has more baggage in a relationship, but in terms of pure attractiveness if she is not more attractive, you can't rate her a 10.

I dated a girl who was a 10/10 to my friends and me prior to our relationship, but she absolutely sucked as a girlfriend. 7 months into it, and I was done. Her attractiveness to me had disappeared.
