Just started an online tutorial for python. Already know C/C++ (although I'm rusty as hell from lack of use) and Fortran 90 (yeah I know no one uses Fortran anymore...).
Anyone else on here do any programming?

I took two classes on Java, so I can get around with it
Took a class on QBasic back in high school and a Matlab class my first semester at Auburn (Based in C).
I can also make my way around HTML, even though that's not a programming language.

Java, apple script, batch coding, V, and I can read and manipulate a little c++.
I'm a much better manipulator than writer for any of them.

Not really programming languages but I know SQL, HTML, and have done a little bit of an online tutorial for python. I need to quit being lazy and learn VB.

VBA in Excel should be taught to all engineers, imo.

To quote Wikipedia:
I don't really know what makes Python special-- it's just that a lot of people I work with use it and seem to like it so I thought I'd learn it. The tutorials seem easy enough thus far.
