Not a B horror film but scary as shite nonetheless: Battle: Los Angeles. Watching Battleship tonight. Both are excellent alien invasion movies.

Battleship is my favorite alien movie. The scenes with the USS Missouri kicking alien arse were spectacular. The aliens themselves were excellent examples of what we might expect exterrestrial intelligences to be like, warring versions of ourselves. Convergent evolution is certain to produce intelligent apex predators like us on other worlds.

Not really a horror movie but it fits with the genre enough to be suggested. The burbs with tom Hanks and carrie Fisher is probably my favorite movie ever and it's a good one for Halloween
