So, to clarify….there was no issue related to this? They’re just eliminating the department?

State of Texas did this about a year ago. All public Texas Universities had until January 2024 to comply. Good to see Florida is following suit.

If you think about it?….considering the nature of actually having an employed “DEI Staff” in and of itself in the first place?…

…it would only be “Equitable” if they they had to fire ANYONE?…of course they’d have to fire EVERYONE

So?… You got a problem with that?

OK…We “whacked” all of ‘em.

In a culturally sensitive spirit of inclusivity & equity we wouldn’t want to be perceived as acting with any remotely perceived sense of any type of discriminatory or prejudicial behavior.

So?

Yeah?…

We went ahead and just “whacked” all of ‘em.

Because we’re not only “equitable”?…we’re ALSOinclusive” as well.

How are these departments still allowed to exist legally? Are lawyers just terrible at arguing against them?

Because racism has to be combatted by billions of dollars of taxpayer money spent to employ people who otherwise would be unemployable.

How is it not a violation of the civil rights act? Discrimination is illegal, yet it is allowed in DEI
