Legally this may be the case.
I don’t know, I’m not an attorney.

However,

Socially, ethically, and morally I would suggest his crime to be on the highest end of POSism.

Think of what he was trying to accomplish.

Not to mention his willingness to send innocent people to jail.
(Did he really pick out two men in a lineup?)

Suppose he was “successful” in his POS scheme.

How many innocent people would have been affected?

The dems. will stop at nothing to regain power.

This isn’t a Democrat issue. A high ranking Democrat has been the biggest voice against the stupid decision. And he’s fricking right
