But I do have a real problem with you Texans and your "sides." WHY IN THE BLUE frick DONT YOU PEOPLE KNOW WHAT COLLARD GREENS ARE. HOW IN THE SAM HELL CAN YOU HAVE A BBQ JOINT AND NOT OFFER GREENS?!?!

Because, have you not ever been to Texas? They don't have green things there. The entire state is dirt brown.

Texas has more green than any other state in the SEC. We have plains, hills, desert, & tons of coast. No other state has the disversity we enjoy.

I'll tip my hat to Texas and give them #1. No problem. After that, I'll be damned if you think anyone besides South Carolina and Alabama can be in the running for #2 in Barbecue. Georgia is shipping Dreamland in to be served at Sanford Stadium this year. When you have a style (Carolina) named after you, or a sauce (Alabama white Barbecue sauce) named after you, I'd say that's pretty iconic. The rest of yall can suck it.

I will say we have some damn fine seafood in Texas. The influx of cajuns into SE Texas has changed our lives for the better in this regard.

Texas over Missouri: Disagree, but respectable opinion.

Tennessee over Missouri: Torn, but respectable decision.

Kentucky over Missouri:

I usually post on here while I'm taking a shite

But I'll have to put Louisiana seafood first

As far as BBQ, we are all biased

So I'll go TX #1
