How intense do you want it? Do you want the tingling sensation or do you just want to feel good before going in the gym?

Just got done with some of the new Volt stuff. It tastes awful but if you enjoy the fireants crawling up your arms sensation I recommend picking some up. I'll probably get some more sometime. I can't use the same stuff for more than a few weeks without building up a shite ton of tolerance though.

Noxipro is pretty good. Doesn't taste too bad.

Workout powders are bad for you.
Fresh beat juice does puts more nitric oxide in your system than any supplement.
Only powders anyone should ever take are plant based.
Oh, and getting swole is no longer cool or sexy.

I thought somebody found a "meth"-like substance in one of these "powders"

Those things are bullshite. I just eat a big plate of spaghetti for lunch on heavy lifting days and drink Gatorade. Works for me.

Horrible for you. Breaks down as sugar in your body.

Gatorade.
All sugar, terrible for you.

Da fuk?
No…
Never do that again
Before workout get in some protein and some fat.
After workout, get in a shake within 30 mins. If you want to add some muscle, have some carbs as well with the shake. Raisins or a banana. If your leaning out, just get in the shake.
Within 90 mins, have some food. Protein and carbs or protein and veggies. No fat after.
Ditch the pre workout carbs… And totally ditch the Gatorade.

Got a free tub of Arnold Iron Pump from MP and it is pretty good. Only got to try it a few times though because I tore up my trap.
