For 'off the shelf at Walmart', I am fond of Head Country.

Head Country is pretty good.

For store bought, I personally like the Heinz Caronlina> LINK

Here's my wife's Alabama white BBQ sauce recipe. As always, adjust to your taste.

2 cups mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 tsp smoked paprika
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

We marinate bone in chicken (breasts or thighs) in it on a flat surface for 3-4 hours minimum prior to grilling. Also recommend making a little extra for dipping.

Ours is kind of a concoction. I like to mix Fox Bros and Sweet Baby rays with some mustard and some extra vinegar. Works out great.

For my brisket, no sauce.

For butts, it depends. If I want a mustard/vinegar sauce, similar to the BBQ House (RIP), I go with Foy's Hot. The Shed makes a nice sweet and spicey sauce that is tomato based. Sometimes I like a white sauce, which I make.

Lately, when I've cooked a butt, I just like to make a sandwich with a fresh tomato, pork, mayo or white sauce.

Wow, 3 pages in and no Lillie’s Q Sauce mentioned. It’s the best with several different kinds, Memphis Sweet, Carolina, etc. Contains No high fructose corn syrup

For a pork butt, I like mine with no sauce. But I use a sweet and spicey rub. Just that and some Hawaiian Sweet Roll buns.

I can eat that shite by itself though when it's smoked right.
