I had a similar problem several years back. I tried the "fight fire with fire" approach...that didn't work. So 1 night while she was being "active" started knocking on the wall and yelling "are you okay? I hear noises of distress. I've called the police and an ambulance. Help is coming. Hang in there"...a bunch of stuff like that. A couple minutes later she was knocking on my front door asking me to call off the police (she wasn't the brightest bulb) and explained she was having sex (shocking!).

It's not the fact that she a loud moaner (she is pretty loud though) more so her bed is positioned to where the headboard is slamming on my wall. On top of that the beds in our dorm are old as all get out so every squeak and groan is heard clearly.
