My dorm has thin walls

And lately the young lady who lives next door has been engaging in intercourse a LOT. My walls are so thin it keeps me from going to sleep and focusing because my damn wall is shaking. In fact she is currently in session...is there any way I can break it to her to please quiet down or move her bed without embarrassing her?

I am in a relationship currently and her boyfriend is a loose friend of mine. Not enough of a friend for me to ask him to quiet it down tho..
