Preferably that is also livable. Asking for a friend who is sick of living in a purple state.

Check out Hood County Texas. 2020 election results: 81% for our President to 17% for that other guy.
Very livable area - Lake Granbury separates the city of Granbury in half and you're about 45 minutes from Fort Worth.

There's a lot of religious zealots in northeast Alabama. Snake handling/ speaking in tongues type churches are big around Sand Mountain. You should try there.
Walker and Cullman counties as well.
Really, anywhere rural and who's major economies include poultry, meth, and/or logging would be a good bet to look into

Once Texas turns blue, there will be no safe haven for conservatives in the country.

North MS, North AL, and North GA

Florida Panhandle.

Wait, somewhere in Texas went 81% for Biden? That is amazing! You would think they would vote for the guy that lost by several million votes.
I'm not a particularly huge Biden fan myself but it is astounding he won that big someplace in Texas. I don't think he carried most of NYC by those margins.
Also the OP said Conservative. You might want to steer him somewhere else. The Florida Panhandle would be a good landing spot.

South Georgia away from the coast.

“Most conservative area in the south” and “livable” does not compute. Living in deep red areas (aka wastelands) sound miserable so good luck with that.

Anywhere within 50 miles south of Birmingham, AL, except Bessemer.

Needin' a safe space?
Lol, just playin' with ya. Um. Maybe Cleveland, Tennessee. Close to Chattanooga. Nice area.

I would say northwest Georgia. Marjorie Green district.

North Arkansas. Just avoid Fayetteville. There are great small towns which are suburbs of Fayetteville. Farmington, Prairie Grove, West Fork, Elkins are pretty much solid red.
Siloam Springs is red as can be, too. Great small town, driveable to good jobs.
I'd avoid Fayetteville and Springdale, and Bentonville is getting soy'd rapidly.

Any district that voted someone like her into Congress is safely conservative for decades to come. She's pretty out there.

This sounds like all those celebrities who said they were going to move out of the country if Trump was elected.
